I used a local locksmith from this site:

They offer round-the-clock mobile service in the Tampa area for:
- Vehicle lockouts and lost car keys
- House / apartment lockouts
- Rekeying locks after tenants move out
- Office & store-front locks
The tech came out pretty quickly, explained the cost up front and there were no surprise fees at the end.
